Studies On The Active Constituents Of Daphne Giraldii Nitsche

This dissertation describes the chemical and pharmacology study of Daphne giraldii Nitsche,especially the bioasssy-guided isolation of anti-inflammatory and analgesic compounds. From the stem bark of Daphne giraldii Nitsche ,46 compounds have been obtained,including 8 new compunds and 25 compounds isolated for the first time. On the basis of bioassay screening ,it was found that crude extracts , HRX-15,HRX-34 displayed anti-inflammatory activity and HRX-10,HRX-13,HRX-15 showed analgesic activity .A new compound HRX-39 showed cytotoxic effects against special human cancer cell.
