Daphne giraldii Leaves Analgesic Emplastrum is a new drug of Chinese material medica,which used Folium Daphne as medicinal materials and has the effect of analgesia and promotingblood circulation to dissipate blood stasis.In this article,pharmaceutical researches of Daphnegiraldii Leaves Analgesic Emplastrum and Folium Daphne were completed.The manufacturingtechnique,quality standard and sability were formulated.The active ingredient of Folium Daphne is coumarins.The amounts of total-coumarins anddaphnetin were determined by UV and HPLC.The optimal harvesting time and manufacturing technique of Folium Daphne isdetermined.The aerial part of Daphne Giraldii Nitsche is harvested and picked leaves. FoliumDaphne is cleansing and drying in the shade.It’s authenticated by microscope and TLC.Watercontent,total ashes,hesvy metals and As salt was researched.Through orthogonal design and single-factor experiments the optimal manufacturingtechnique of Daphne giraldii Leaves Analgesic Emplastrum is determined.It’s taking FoliumDaphne,with10times water quantity,3times for decoction,90min for each time,mergingdecoction,condensing to1:10(herb:herb solution), firstly adding6%（v/v） of the B componentunder80℃, and adding3%（v/v） of the A component,stirring until smooth in100rpm,holdingfor10min,taking out the extract and setting aside for12h at room temperature.The extractcondense to1:15(herb:herb solution).The liquid is the solution of Daphne giraldii LeavesAnalgesic Emplastrum.A phase is adding EDTA-2Na,activity aluminum hydroxide,sodiumpolyacrylate,azone and glycerin,stirring until smooth.B phase is taking tartaric acid,adding theright amount of water and stirring until completely dissolved.It’s adding B phase and the solutionof Daphne giraldii Leaves Analgesic Emplastrum to A phase,and immediately stirring untilsmooth,coating and drying in the shade. It’s authenticated by TLC and HPLC.The plasterointment,shape forming,adhesive,releasing rate,weight difference,microbial limit,hesvy metal andAs salt was researched.Result of our experiment showed that optimized preparation technology was reasonable, low cost, and suit for industrialization manufacture. The quality standard of prepatetion had goodcontrollability, and method of measurement was well accurate,fine repeatability, and fit to controlthe quality of preparations effectively.
