Type 2 diabetes mellitus is a kind of chronic disease.Vascular complications includinggreat vascular and microvascular disease are the main causes for mortality and morbidityin type 2 diabetes mellitus. Endothelial cell damage, disorder of bleeding and coagulationcontribute to vascular complications in T2DM. VWF; one sort of glycoprotein, is regulatedby vWF-cp, which is one of metalloprotease. Meanwhile, disorder of vWF-cp accounts forthe accumulation of serum UL—vWF. VWF is one of important markers for vascularendothelial cells damage in diabetic vascular disease, while high level of serum vWF isrelated to endothelial cells damage. To investigate the relationship of vWF-cp and diabeticvascular disease, here is our project as following:VWF-CP in type 2 DM patients with vascular complication(1) Complication among different groups: Compared with normal controls or DMpatients without complications, VWF:Ag in patients with vascular complications washigher(P<0.05 or P<0.01).On the contrary, vWF-cp in patients with vascularcomplications was lower than that in other groups with P<0.05 or P<0.01.(2) Regression analysis①:The results indicate that vWF-cp had to no correlationswith BMI,TG,TC,SBP and DBP with all P values more than0.05,While vWF-cp hadinverse correlations with FBG, HbALIC and patients'pathogenesis (P<0.05 or P<0.01)(3) Regression analysis②: vWF-cp had obviously inverse correlations with UAER in47 patients with capillary complication (r=-0.507,p<0.05),but there was no significantcorrelations between vWF-cp and IMT in type 2 DM patients with great vascular complicatios.(4)vWF-cp had obviously inverse correlations with vWF in type 2 DM patients withvascular complication (r=-0.612,p<0.05)...
