ObjectiveTo evaluate the possible mechanisms of the Mifepristone by investigating estrogen repectors(ER),progesterone receptors(PR)in decidua and apoptosis control gene bax,bcl-2,survivin in decidua and villus.Through this study to explore the possible mechanisms of bleeding long after medical abortion and provide a theoretical basis for fight against the deputy reaction of medical abortion.MethodsWe designed a study on seventy early pregnancy women,all of them terminated pregnancy voluntarly in The First Hospital of the Medical University between 2005.07 to 2005.10.The experiment objects were divided into three groups on their owns accord.The study group A(Group of mifepristone,n-30),the method was mifepristone 50mg on 10AM,25mg on 10PM in the first day,25mg on 10AM,25mg on 10PM in the second day,25mg on 7AM in the third day,and 8AM 600ug Misoprostol take orally, natural abortion after two to four hours and collect the samples.Control group B(Group of induced abortion 1,n=20),200ug Misoprostol was placed in vagina on 8AM on the induced abortion day,and operated after 2 hours.Control group C(Group of induced abortion 2,n=20),without place misoprostol before operate. Group B and C were operated on 10AM,and collected the samples.Estrogen repectors(ER),progesterone receptors(PR)in decidua and apoptosis control gene bax,bcl-2,survivin in decidua and villus were examined by immuno- histochemical analysis.All objects in group of medical abortion must come back to the hospital on the fourteenth day.Results1 The expression of ER and PR in decidua in group A was extremely lower than those control groups B and C(P<0.05 or P<0.01),and there showed no significant between the control group B and C(P>0.05).2 The expression of bax in decidua and villus in group A was extremely higher than those control groups B and C(P<0.05 or P<0.01).The expression of bcl-2,survivin in decidua and villus in group A was extremely lower than those control groups B and C(P<0.05 or P<0.01),and there showed no significant between the control group B and C(P>0.05).3 The expression of bcl-2,survivin in deciduas and villus in group of medical abortion complete was extremely lower than the group of the imcomplete abortion(p<0.05),but the expression of Bax in deciduas and villus and ER and PR in decidua showed no significant between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion1 Mifepristone terminate the early pregnancy maybe by reducing the ER, PR in decidua.2 Mifepristone terminate the early pregnancy may be by reducing the expression of bcl-2,survivin and heightening the expression of bax in deciduas and villus.3 The majory of bleeding long after medical abortion because of the overexpression of bcl-2,survivin relatively in deciduas.
