Objective To detect the relationship between inducible Nitric Oxide Synthase(iNOS)and missed abortion by detecting the expression of iNOS in embryonic villus tissue and decidual tissue of missed abortion,and to provide a discussion on the mechanism of abortion theoretical basis.Methods A total of 120 women were selected for early pregnancy and required termination of pregnancy.They were divided into 4 groups according to pregnancy status(automatic pregnancy and missed abortion)and abortion(induced abortion and medical abortion): group 1: normal pregnancy abortion group;Group 2: normal pregnancy medical abortion group;group 3: missed abortion induced abortion group;group 4: missed abortion medical abortion group.One group means normal pregnancy abortion group,was used as the control group,and the 2,3,and 4 groups mean the normal pregnancy medical abortion group,the missed abortion induced abortion group,and the missed abortion medical abortion group,were used as the experimental group.Among them,there were 30 cases of normal pregnancy induced abortion group,30 cases of normal pregnancy medical abortion group,30 cases of missed abortion abortion group,and 30 cases of missed abortion medical abortion group.Each patient's pregnancy after abortion was collected,and the villus and decidual tissues were screened.Real-Time quantitative Polymerase Chain Reaction(RT-qPCR)was used to determine the villus and decidual tissue of each patient.The relative expression level of iNOS mRNA.Results 1.In villus tissue,iNOS mRNA was expressed in all 4 groups of subjects,and the difference in iNOS mRNA expression between the 4 groups was statistically significant(P ? 0.05).2.In decidua tissue,iNOS mRNA was expressed in all 4 groups of subjects,and the difference in iNOS mRNA expression among the 4 groups was statistically significant(P ? 0.05).3.In villus and decidua tissues,the relative expression of iNOS mRNA in normal pregnancy induced abortion group is higher than that in normal pregnancy induced abortion group,and the difference is statistically significant(P ? 0.0083).4.In villus tissue and decidua tissue,the relative expression of iNOS mRNA in missed abortion group is higher than that in normal pregnancy abortion group,and the difference is statistically significant(P ? 0.0083).5.Under the same grouping condition,the comparison between villus tissue and decidua tissue shows that iNOS mRNA expression in decidua tissue of normal pregnancy drug abortion group,missed abortion induced abortion group and missed abortion drug abortion group is higher than iNOS mRNA expression in villus tissue,and the difference is statistically significant(P ? 0.05);There was no significant difference between iNOS mRNA expression in decidua tissue and iNOS mRNA expression in villus tissue in normal pregnancy induced abortion group(P>0.05).Conclusion In normal pregnancy and abortion,iNOS mRNA was expressed in villus and decidua tissues,and the expression level was significantly different in normal pregnancy and abortion.It is presumed that appropriate amount of iNOS can maintain embryo development and normal pregnancy.Under the condition of missed abortion and medical abortion,excessive iNOS expression can be activated,which can inhibit embryo development,cause embryo abortion and abortion.
