Objective:By measuring early pregnant women with history of habitual abortion and normal early pregnant women between the villi and decidua chemotactic factor12(CXCL12) expression, to explore CXCL12and recurrent spontaneous abortion, to understand CXCL12in pregnancy role.Methods:Using immunohistochemical SABC were detected CXCL12expression in fresh villi and decidua group of30case studies (RSA group) and control group (normal pregnancy group) two sets of early pregnancy women artificial abortion after termination of pregnancy case. The outer layer of the cell to fit trophoblastic layer, the more abundant cytoplasm, rendered as ground glass. The trophoblastic layer inner cell boundary more clearly, nuclear round, was a small bubble. Stromal cells were mostly stellate-shaped, visible small blood vessels in the interstitium. The CXCL12mainly expressed in the the trophoblastic villi cytoplasm, and cell trophoblast cells compared two groups of villi syncytiotrophoblast than strong positive staining of the cytoplasm of cells, interstitial slight coloring Ursa group trophoblastic cytoplasm weak positive staining than normal pregnancy group (see Figure1,2). The URSA group villi CXCL12expression was significantly lower than the normal pregnancy group (P<0.05), the difference was statistically significant. Table2.2. Table3.Conclusion:The high expression of chemokine12(CXCL12) in the villi and decidua of early pregnancy maternal-fetal interface showing a state plays an extremely important role in the maintenance of the whole pregnancy process Expressions of chemokine CXCL12expression decreased with unexplained recurrent spontaneous abortion having a certain correlation.
