Objective: To explore the influence of delivery outcome by severe preeclampsia complicated hypoproteinemia. Methods: We reviewed the medical records of 122 patients with severe preeclampsia, and divided them into the two groups of hypoproteinemia and nonhypoproteinemia, and then, divided the group of hypoproteinmia into the two groups of mild hypoproteinmia and severe hypoproteinmia. We compared with the influence of hypoproteinemia on severe preeclampsia in the time of delivery, maternal complications, neonatal asphyxia, neonatal weight and the mortality of the perinatal fetus. Results: the group of the hypoproteinemia were statistically significant compared with the nonhypoproteinemia group in the time of delivery, maternal complications, and the mortality of the perinatal fetus (p<0.05).There was no statistically significant in the neonatal asphyxia (p>0.05); Compared with the two groups of mild and severe hypoproteinemia, the time of delivery, neonatal asphyxia, neonatal weight and the mortality of the perinatal fetus were not statistically significant (p>0.05), but maternal complications was statistically significant (p<0.05). Conclution:severe preeclampsia complicated hypoproteinemia resulted in bad outcome of the mother and fetus. Once hypoproteinemia happened,It will severely influence the outcome of the mother and the fetus. We should pay more attention to monitoring the serum of albumin in the early pregnancy; As soon as we found the severe preeclampsia complicated severe hypoproteinemia, we should end the pregnancy in time in case of resulting in the bad prognosis of the pregnant woman; Therefore, we should pay more attention to monitor the hypoproteinemia at the same time of emphasizing on monitoring .blood pressure and hyperproteinuria during the pregnancy. We advice making the secrum of albumin as a maker of monitoring the severity of preeclampsia to guide the correct diagnosis and treatment.
