The Expression And Signifinance Of CXCL12 And VEGF In The Placenta Of Preeclampsia Signifinance

Objective:To study the expression of CXC12 and VEGF in placenta of normal pregnancy and pre-eclampsia ,and the level of CXC12 and VEGF in the correspond serum,and then understand the mechanism of CXC12 and VEGF in pre-eclampsia.Methods:Get the placenta after 37 weeks gestation from October.2004 to March.2005 in the Union Hospital,at the same time,we get the serum of the corresponding pregnant women with no drug treated .The samples were divided into 10 cases in mild pre-eclampsia group ,12 cases in severe pre-eclampsia group and 18 cases in the normal pregnant women (control group). Use the immunohistochemistry to determine the intensity of CXC12 and VEGF staining in placenta of normal pregnancy and pre-eclampsia and examine the corresponding serum levels by ELISA.Results:CXC12 and VEGF proteins were observed in trophoblast in the placentas.Expression of CXC12 and VEGF decreased dramatically in the placentas of severe superimposed pre-eclampsia (P<0.01).The same diversification occurred in the serum. Conclusions :CXCL12,VEGF may be concerned with the patholophysiological course of pre-eclampsia.
