Studies On The Constituents Of Schisandra Pubescens Hemsl.

Schisandra pubescens Hemsl.,belonging to the genera Schisandra,Schisandraceae family,is called Rou-Mao-Wu-Wei-Zi also.Its fruits could used to cured neurasthenic. Phytochemical investigation on the ether souble extracts of the fruits of Schisandra pubescens led to the isolation and identification of 20 compounds by IR,UV,CD, ¹H-NMR,¹³C-NMR.There were 18 lignans,2 triterpenes,they were Schisanhenol(S1), Benzoylgomisin H(S2),Angeloylogomosin H(S3),Deoxychidandrin(S4),Gomisin S (S5),Gomisin B(S6),(-)-Gomisins L₁(S7),Pregomisin(S8),Rubrildilactone(S9), Schisantherin A(S10),Tigloylgomisin P(S11),Kadsuricacid(S12),Schisantherin B (S13),Angeloygomisin Q(S14),Gomisin O(S15),(+)-gomisin K₃(S16),6-O-benzoyl -gomisin O(S17),Schizandrin(S18),(+)-Gomisin K₂(S19),Negschisandrin A(S20). They were all isolated for the frist time from this plant.
