Effects Of Reinforcing Kidney Supplying Emission On Acrosomal Enzyme Activity Of Human Spermatozoa In Male Infertility

Objective:To study the effects of reinforcing kidney supplying emission on acrosomal enzyme activity of human spermatozoa in male infertility,to explain deeply the effect target of traditional chinese medicine treating male infertility,and to establish the base for clinical research in the future.Methods:According to the experiment design,to select some cases treated and observed,all male sterility cases come from andrology department of the first affiliated hospital of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine,between August in 2006 and December in 2007.On the basis of the standard,89 qualified cases are firstly screened,the youngest one is 25,the oldest is 45,average age 32.4±4.2(years),average sterility months are 39:In 89 cases,20 is secondary sterility,69 is primarily sterility.The cases of completing the clinical trial are 32,and 57 cases run off.In 32 cases,the youngest one is 25,the oldest 46,average age 31.6±4.7(years),average sterility time 32.2±19.8(months).A total of 32 infertile man were simply randomly divided into 2 groups,group 1(n=20)took medicine of Huangjingzanyu capsule,and Shengjing capsule for group 2(n=12).Huangjingzanyu capsule group:age bewteen 25 and 38 years,average age 30.8±4.1(years),average sterility time 31.6±18.4(months). Shengjing capsule group:age bewteen 26 and 45 years,average age 33.0 5.5(years),average sterility time 33.2±22.8(months).After statistical treatment,two groups are not discrepant(P＞0.05).Taking medince method:p.o 4 pills every time,3 times every day.One course of treatment was 3 months.To recheck computer aiding sperm analysis(CASA)every month.The trial apply more excellent reforming Kennedy to detect acrosomal enzyme activity,respectivly checking it before and after the treatment.Results:12 of 89 cases are abnormal acrosomal enzyme activity,accounting to 13.5%.Two groups of 32 patients were treated with 3 months.Compared with each group by itself,acrosomal enzyme activity,sperm concentration,the percentage of grade a,the percentage of grade(a+b)significantly higer than before the treatment(P＜0.05).However,not significantly between two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion:Reinforcing kidney supplying emission raise acrosomal enzyme activity of human spermatozoa in male infertility and parameters of sperm dynamic state,to improve sperm quality.
