Objective:TO observe the effect about the sperm density, vigor, motility and serum inhibin B of the patient with oligozoospermi and different concentrations of serum inhibin B before and after the treatment of reinforcing kidney supplying emission. To forecast correlation of reinforcing kidney supplying emission combining serum inhibin B on Promoting Spermatogenesis function.Methods:Selecting cases based on the experimental design.100 cases of patients pass the initial screening, the serum inhibin B concentrations greater than 32pg/ml of oligozoospermia were divided into A group. serum inhibin B concentration was less than 32pg/ml of patients with azoospermia divided into the B group. The cases of A group is 50, Other cases of A group is 50 patients. A total of 60 cases of Patients are completed,32 cases of A group,28 cases of B group. A group of the youngest patient was 22 years old and the oldest was 39 years old, mean age 30.96+4.17 years, The average time is about 5.73+2.37 sterile month.B group the youngest patient was 21 years old and the oldest 40 years old, mean age 29.57+3.87 years, the average time is about 5.88+3.21 sterile years.60 cases of oligozoospermia were treated with the Huangjing Zanyu Capsule- 3 times a day,4 capsules each time,3 months as a course. Observed sperm density, motility rate, activity and serum inhibin B values before and after treatment.Result:1,All patients after treatment sperm motility, activity increased significantly; The results were statistically significant differences (P <0.05); The difference of Sperm density and serum inhibin B was not significant (P> 0.05).2,The serum inhibin B, sperm density, survival rate and activity of A group of patients are statistically significant differences before and after treatment (P<0.05);3,The differences of sperm motility and activity of B group of patients was statistically significant before and after the treatment (P<0.05). But the difference of Serum inhibin B and sperm density was not significant (P> 0.05).4% The sperm density, motility rate and activity of A group were significantly increased than those in B group after treatment. The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Serum inhibin B is no significant difference Between A group and B group after the treatment (P> 0.05). Conclusion:The method of reinforcing kidney supplying emission (Huangjing Zanyu Capsule) can improve sperm motility, viability of oligozoospermia patients. Improving sperm density and motility of the azoospermia patients with the serum inhibin B concentrations greater than 32pg/ml was superior to the patients with serum inhibin B concentration less than 32pg/ml.The method of reinforcing kidney supplying emission can improve the fertility of azoospermia patients, especially treatment of the patients with normal reference value of serum inhibin B is very obvious.
