Clinic Study Of The Effect About Serum Inhibin B Of The Patient With Oligozoospermia Of Huangjing Zanyu Capsule

Objective:TO Observe the chang about the sperm density,serum inhibin B, and motolity of the patient with oligozoospermia before and after the treatment of the Huangjing Zanyu Capsule,to investate the effect target of reinforcing kidney supplying emission on Promoting the testicular spermatogenic functionMethods:According to the experiment design,to select some cases treated and observed,all male sterility cases come from andrology department of the first affiliated hospital of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine,between September in 2007 and Januray in 2009.On the basis of the standard,60 qualified cases are firstly screened,the youngest one is 24,the oldest is 40,average age 32.2±3.9(years),average sterility months are 32;In 60 cases,25 is secondary sterility,35is primarily sterility.35 is mild and moderate oligospermatism,10is severe oligospermatism.15is nonobstructive azoospermia The cases of completing the clinical trial are 40,30 is mild and moderate oligospermatism,10is severe oligospermatism.40 cases with oligozoospermia were treated with Huangjing Zanyu Capsule,p.o 4 pills every time,3 times every day.One course of treatment was 3 months.Check outthe perm density,motolity and serum inhibin B before and after the treatment.Results:The sperm density,serum inhibin B and motolity of the paitients were improved obviously after the treatment.Statistical analysis the change have statistical significance(p＜0.05)Conclusion:Reinforcing kidney supplying emission raises the sperm density, serum inhibin B and motolity of the patient with oligozoospermia and has better promoting on the testicular spermatogenic function.
