The Comparation Of B-mode Ultrasound Examination And Blood Fattiness Between Once And Once More Cerebral Infarction Patients

Objective:Evaluate and compare the intima-media thickness(IMT)and plaques of double sides carotid artery,and test the level of ApoA1,ApoB in blood serum,then find the correlation of carotid Atherosclerosis with Plasma lipoprotein.Method:Between January 2006 and December 2007,sixty patients including 30 patients once and 30 once more cerebral infarction were performed with GE-LOGIQ9 color dopple ultrasound examination using combined B-mode ultrasound,two-dimensional color dopple flow imaging measurement of carotid IMT and the sites of plaque mean-while plasma lipoprotein and apolipoprotein were tested.Result:1.IMT,TC,TG,LDL-C,HDL-C,ApoA1,ApoB in these two groups are no diffrence,but LpaApoA1/ApoB have great diffrence between them.2.The rate of plaques of carotid artery have great diffrence between these two groups.3.The rate of unstable plaques of carotid artery also have great diffrence between these two groups.3.We divide all the patients into three groups including IMT add group\stable plaques group\unstable plaquues group,TCTGLDL-CHDL-CApoA1ApoBLpa and ApoA1/ApoB have no diffrence among these three groups.Conclusion:1.It is possible for Lpa to become one of guide lines which predict once more infarction.2.ApoA1/ApoB is very valuable for predicting cerebral infarction,and it is also possible to become one of guide lines which predict once more cerebral infarction.3.The rate of plaques of carotid artery in once more cerebral infarction group is more than which in once cerebral infarction group.
