Objective: 1. To study changes of the expression of PLGF,IP-10 in the proliferative and secretory stage in normal endometrioum,eutopic endometriosis and ectopic endometrium in endometriosis. 2. To study changes of the expression of PLGF in normal endometrium, eutopic endometrium in endometriosis and ectopic endometrium in endometriosis. 3. To study changes of the expression of IP-10 in these three groups. 4. To study the correlation between PLGF and IP-10 among these three groups.Method:1 The study subject1.1 The study group: 30 patients with ovarian endometriosis who were operated in the gynaecology of the Second hospital of HeBbei medical University were selected from Febrary 2006 to Febrary 2007(congfirmed by the pathology after operated). 15 patients in the proliferative stage and 15 patients in the secretory stage.We distinguished the menstrual cycle on the basia of last mensteual period and the pathology of the endomentrium.Mean age of patients with the study group was 34.34 years old(23 to 48 years old).And this group is divivided into two small groups:eutopic endometrium groups;ectopic endometrium group.1.2 The control group: 30 patients with ovarian simple cyst who were operated laparoscopic surgery during the same hospital and the same periods were chose.The endomentrium was confirmed to be normal endometrium through pathology.16 patients in the proliferative stage and 14 patients in the secretory stage.Mean age of patients with control group was 33.33 years old(25 to 45 years old).All of the women in two groups had normal menstrual cycles; no case history of irregularial vaginal bleeding in recent six months;no case history of eating oral contra-ceptive and fixing IUD in recent six months;no case history of treating EMs in recent six months; no case history of hypertension, heart disease, diabete, renopathy, urgent and chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.no other history.2. Sample collecting: the ectopic endometrium was collected from the study group on their laparoscopic surgery.At the same time, eutopic endometrium was collected; the normal endometrium was collected. Parts of the specimen were bathed by the PS again and again,fixed by PFA; and the others were cryopreserved at -80℃.3. The experiment methods:To determine the expression of PLGF and IP-10 in the normal endometrium,eutopic endometrium in endometriosisi and ectopic endometrium in endometriosis by immuno-histechemical staining and RT-PCR.To analyze the results by the means of the SPSS13.0. Result:1 The PLGF staining positive rate of 30 ectopic endometrium and eutopic endometrium and 30 normal endometrium was 100%, the positive staining mainly distributed in the membrane and the cytoplasm of glandular epithelial cell,at the same time they were scattered in the mesenchymal cells around . The expression of PLGF could be detected throughout the menstrual cycle.2 The expression of PLGF was a continuous in every group,its expression in secretory stage had significant difference than proliferative stage in ectopic endometrium and eutopic endometrium(P<0.05),There was no difference in proliferative stage and secretory stage in control group.3 To compare the expression of PLGF on the control group, eutopic endometrium group and ectopic endometrium group, we found they all had statistically significant: a.to compare the control group and the ectopic endometrium group, u=-4.484 P=10-6 <0.01; b.to compare the control group and the eutopic endometrium group, u=-2.815 P=0.005<0.01; c.to compare ectopic endometrium group and eutopic endometrium group, u=-2.061 P=0.039<0. 05.4 The expression rate of PLGF mRNA in the control group was 4/8(50%) and its expression intensity was 0.087±0.112;in eutopic endometrium the expression rate of PLGF was 7/10(70%),and its expression intensity was 0.278±0.250; in ectopic endometrium its rate is 8/10(80%), its expression intensity was 0.547±0.396. The expression rate of IP-10 mRNA in the control group was 5/8(62.5%) and its expression intensity was 0.521±0.573;in eutopic endometrium the expression rate of PLGF was 6/10(60%) , and its expression intensity was 0.068±0.074; in ectopic endometrium its rate is 4/10(40%), its expression intensity was 0.036±0.059.The expression of PLGF in the three groups showed ectopic>eutopic>control;the expression of IP-10 showed ectopiceutopic>control. These explained the increasing in the level PLGF was related to the developing of endometriosis.5 To compare the expression of IP-10 in the control group,eutopic endometrium group and ectopic endometrium group,we found they all had statistically significance.The level of IP-10 in ectopic endometrium group and eutopic endometrium group was lower than the control group;to compare the ectopic and eutopic endometrium group there was no significance difference.The expression intensity in the three groupes: ectopic
