Clinical Abservation On Treatment Of Qi-Yin Deficiency And Blood Stasis Phlegm Muddy Type 2 Diabetes Mellttus With Xiaoke Yin

Objective:To research the clinical curative effect of the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus by the method of supplementing the qi nourishing yin promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis with XIAOKE YIN.Method:We selected 60 cases of T2DM patients which were divided into treating group and comparing group at random.Each group had 30 cases.The two group were combined with the XIAOKE YIN and Jiang Tang Shu capsule. The period of treatment of each group was 8 weeks.We observed and compared the situation of patients in the clinical syndrome,FBG,GhbA1c,the change of blood lipid,and the blood viscosity.Result:(1)The treating group and comparing group of Traditional Chinese medicine syndrome have improved,but the treating group was significantly;(2)The overall clinical effective rate of XIAOKE YIN in Traditional Chinese Medicine was 90.0%,the capsule,was 63.3%,there were meaning of statistics in differences between the two groups(P＜0.05);(3)The FBG,GhbA1c were lower after treating in the treating group,there were remarkable differences compared with before(P＜0.05),and there were remarkable differences in the change of the FBG,GhbA1c with comparing group(P＜0.05);(4)The TC,TG were lower after treating in the treating group,there were remarkable differences compared with before(P＜0.05),and there were remarkable differences in the change of the TC,TG compared with comparing group(P＜0.05);(5)The treating group changed the flow indicators have improved to varying degrees,the whole blood viscosity low-cut,plasma viscosity and the fiber before and after treatment significant differences(P＜0.05)Conclusion:XIAOKE YIN has the function of supplementing the Qi and nourishing Yin,Promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis,so it can decrease the blood glucose,lipids and viscosity and relieve the clinical symptoms,there is no bad case and accident related to the XIAOKE YIN was found during the experiment.So the XIAOKE YIN is safe to use.We can draw a conclusion that supplementing the Qi,nourishing Yin and Promoting blood circulation therapeutic principle can alleviate clinical symptoms of T2DM, and XIAOKE YIN is worth to be study thorough and spread widely.
