The absorption and distribution of Baicalin in Ganfukang dropping pill are faster, but the elimination is slower. In the test in vitro of the seropharmacologial study Ganfukang dropping pill ,The hepatocytes were isolated by digesting and shearing method. The hepatocytic injury model was induced by CCl₄ (10 mmoL/L-1),and the drug-contained serum of Ganfukang pills could improve the hepatocytic proliferation rate, which was injured by CCl₄ significantly, decrease ALT and AST concentration in cell culture solution.
