The Influence Of Pre-Moxibustion The Contents Of Ischemic Heart's NO And CAT

Object:To probe into the mechanism of neuroprotective effects of moxibustion preconditioning,to break a new path for prevention and cure of ischemic heart disease by observing the effects of moxibustion on contents of NO,CAT.Measure:30 rats were divided into ten groups randomly in the experiment:normal group,sham-operation group,ischemic group,ischemic preconditioning group,moxibustion preconditioning group.Hypodesis of the left forword branch of aeteria coronaria,to establish the model of myocardial ischemia reperfusion impairment by the means of "tui guan fa".After that,to determine the contents of NO,CAT and to observe change of histomorphology by HE staining.Result:The contents of NO in ischemic group is increased.And the contents of CAT in ischemic group is increased.The contents of NO,CAT in ischemic preconditioning group,moxibustion preconditioning group are increased sharply.And there is a little difference between ischemic preconditioning group and moxibustion preconditioning group in the contents of NO,CAT.Conclusion:Moxibustion preconditioning which is the same as ischemic group can decrease cell apoptosis as ischemic preconditioning which showed remarkable difference compared with ischemic group.
