The Part of theoretical investigation analyzed Pathogeny and Pathogenesis by the way ofsummarizing ancient literatures and binding modern achievements. As a result, itraised that the weakness of Qi is essential Pathogeny and Pathogenesis It also suggested that the stasis of blood and Poision is the elementary agent of Pathology.Therefore, reinforeing the function of Qi and resolving the stasis of blood and relieving Poision become chief therapeutic tools of the advanced ovarian cancer. Moreover, the reasonableness of the methods has been demonstrated by the way of integrating modern medicine.On the clinic, the decoction has been invented to cure the disease going withchemical therapy on the base of this method.Compared group was only given chemical therapy, and treating group was given chemieal and TCM therapy.The outcome showed that differences had been displayed at aspects of stabling the tumor, improving thesymptoms , rising immunological function and relieving toxic responses and side effects between the two gorups.Not only has the superiority of this kind of TCM method been proved, but also has early preparation done to manufacture pharmaceutics of the traditional Chinese medicine.
