| Objective: To observe the clinic effect of Zhenzhixiaozheng decoction in treatment ofadvanced stomach cancer.Methods: 30 cases of advanced stomach cancer were chosen and randomly dividedinto two groups, 15 cases of trail group were treated withZhenzhixiaozheng decoction and chemotherapy with PFC scheme, another15 cases control group were treated with chemotherapy with same schemeonly. Compare the groups in loacal tumor size, clinical symptomamelioration, the level of serum CEA, degree of side effects caused bychemotherapy and physical strength, and count out thedifference in theupper aspects between the two groups.Results: The trail group displayed more effective in reducing the CEA value,alleviating the side effects,lightening the clinical symptoms and enhancingthe physical strength than the control group, but the two groups have nonotable difference in objective curative effect.Conclusion:In the treatment of advanced stomach cancer Zhenzhixiaozheng decoctionproved its function in enhancing the effect of chemotherapy relieving thetoxic and side effects caused by chemotherapy, improving the immunefunction, stabling the tumor, ameliorating living quantity and prolongingthe life span. |
