The Clinical Observation Of Shu Gan Hua Yu Jie Du Decoction Combined With TE Chemical Therapy On Therapying Breast Cancer

Objective: To investigate the therapeutic effect and operation mechanism of Shu GanHua Yu Jie Du decoction combined with TE chemical therapy on therapying breast cancer.Methods: Thirty breast cancer patients after doing breast operation were selected anddivided into two groups randomly. The fifteen paint in the treat group were treated withShu Gan Hua Yu Jie Du decoction combined with TE chemical therapy and the fifteenpatient in the control group were treated simply with TE chemical therapy. The seriousnessof the adverse effects during the chemical therapy, alleviation of clinical symptoms,improvement of common conditions and changes of serum tumor indicating(CEA,CA153,CA125) were compared and the differences were analysed by statistics.Results: The serum level of CEA, CA153, alleviating symptoms, improving commonconditions and reducing adverse effects (leucopenia, anemia, nausea and vomit) ofchemical therapy in the treat group and control group all had significant difference. Whilethe serum level of CA125, and the adverse effects (thrombocytopenia, diarrhea), the treatgroup had no apparent advantage difference.Conclusion: Shu Gan Hua Yu Jie Du decoction combined with TE chemical therapy hasremarkable therapeutic effect on reducing adverse effects, it can reduce serum tumor indicating, and it can improve clinical symptoms and common conditions, which isdeserved to be spreaded.
