The Expression Of TF In Human Gastric Carcinoma And Its Clinical Significant

Purpose:Tissue factor(TF) and the relationship between the malignant tumor are paid close attention to gradually。The role of TF in gastric carcinoma was unknown.This study detect TF expression in stomach cancer to elucidate their association with clinical feature with Transcription level and translation level。Methods:Tissue samples were obtained from 42 specimens of gastric carcinoma,The expression of Tissue factor mRNA and protein were detected by RT-PCR and immunohistology chemical in 42 case gastric carcinoma and Non-cancerous gastric tissue.Results: TFmRNA expression in cancer group were significantly higher than the control(P<0.001); The level of TF protein in cancer group were significantly higher than the control(P<0.001);Multiple linear regression Analysis shows that differentiation and TNM staging have influence on the level of TFmRNA in cancerous gastric tissue(coefficient of determination,R2=0.565), each ANOVA p﹤0.001 and p=0.003,but Age and gender don't have influence on the level of TFmRNA. Conclusion:This study shows that TF is related to carcinogenesis and metastasis in gastric carcinoma.Evaluation of tumor TF expression may be useful as a prognostic indicator in patients with gastric carcinoma.
