objective:This study was performed to observe the state of distribution of the peptic ulcer(PU)and the petptic ulcer blood syndrome paterns, also for the evolvement disciplinarian of the drome paterns.Simultaneously, observe the relativity of the blood rate with the PU in three years. And It will offer more clinical evidence for the traditional medicine treatment in PU, ulteriorly reduce the blood rate. Methods:Design a information-collection form according to the Evidence Based Medicine and the epidemiologic data.Collect the information of the PU and PUB patients and produce the data—base to analyse the state of distribution of the syndromein the PU,also the evolvement disciplinarian of the syndrome. And discuss the relativity of blood rate with the syndrome of PU.Results:1,There are 700 cases of PU and PUB during 2004 to 2008 year, cluding five different traditional chinese medicine syndromes:qi-stasis,heat stasis, cold of insufficiency,yin-deficienc and blood-stasis.The comeout shows that heat stasis(31.81%)and cold of insufficiency(26.77%)are in the majority.2,The age of patients with different TCM syndrome is singnifact difference. But there are no difference between qi-stasis and heat stasis, and,no difference between cold of insufficiency,yin-deficienc and blood-stasis.3,The blood rate of heat stasis and cold of insufficiency is bigger than yin-deficienc.In other group, the rate of heat stasis is bigger than qi-stasis.4,The degree of blood is no relationship with TCM syndromes. Conclusion:The blood rate is vary in different TCM syndromes(p<0.05).The reasult will help us to adopt measures to reduce the rate of blood.
