Effect Of Yiqi-huoxue Fomula Circulation On Gastrointestinal Hormones In The Course Of Healing Of Peptic Ulcer

Objective:through the clinical observation of peptic ulcer clinical Yiqi Huoxue Decoction "in the treatment of qi deficiency and blood stasis type, indicating that Yiqi Huoxue Decoction" in the treatment of digestive ulcer mechanism, on the basis of the preliminary study to further explore the gastrointestinal hormones play a role in ulcer healing, thus showing the motherland medicine in treatment and reduce ulcer recurrence rate advantages, to carry forward the traditional Chinese medicine provide new ideas and road.Methods:a total of 20 cases were collected from patients in each group, which were collected from Suzhou City Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine. Single group and combined with groups of patients before treatment electronic gastroscopy and HP detection, and gives the corresponding symptoms score grading quantization and somatostatin (SS), cholecystokinin (CCK), secretin (SR), glucagon hormone (GC) level detection. SS, CCK, SR and GC levels were detected in the healthy volunteers group. Treatment:single group given omeprazole, combined group were treated with Yiqi Huoxue Decoction+omeprazole orally. The course of treatment was 8 weeks. Single group and combination group patients after review of electronic gastroscope, and again to detect symptoms classification and quantification and the SS, CCK, SR, GC.Results:the patients with Qi deficiency and blood stasis in the treatment of peptic ulcer:the level of CCK was significantly higher than that in normal control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), while the SR level was significantly lower than the normal control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), SS and GC levels had no significant difference with normal control group; after treatment:single group and decreased with group CCK levels, SR levels increased, compared with the single group was closer to the normal control group with one single group; the level of SS decreased, the combination group had no obvious difference between the level of SS, the single group and no significant changes in GC level; the curative effect according to the comparative perspective, quantitative score after treatment group is better than single group.Conclusion:Yiqi Huoxue Decoction Combined with omeprazole in the treatment of peptic ulcer with more than omeprazole, gastrointestinal hormone levels can better correct the disorder, improve the treatment of ulcer healing.
