Female patients suffer not only physically and mentally, but also psychologic obstacle, because of diseases taking play in reproductive organ.Chinese medicine treating diseases, not only based in pathogenesis obtained through differentiation of symptoms and signs, but also emphasize about different people, season and places, especially individual difference. Constitution of TCM is based on the study of individual constitution and physical health. It effects disease taking place, development and syndrome turnover, prognosis. Personality characteristic is one part of Constitution of TCM. In TCM ' classics, Seven modes of emotions can cause different diseases, for example tumor. Severe stimulate to mind will cause function of entrails disorder.Therefor, cancer is psychophysiological disorder. When we treat cancer patients, we should take more attention to psychosocial factor, like life events, personality.Objective To approach the relationship about personality trait and female genital cancer, in order to find the dependablity of syndrome and constitution.Method Using case control and questionnaire investigation to analysis personality characteristics in 43 female genital cancer patients about trouble.Result Sign of blood stasis maybe the frequent patho-result in TCM. The personality characteristics of female genital cancer patients maybe that: anxiety, worry, depressed. Her Emotion change severely, and she even have negative senses behavior disposition when meeting stimulus.Conclusion If a woman is always anxiety, worry, depressed, and has endo form character.
