Other apeutical such as 5-Fluorouracil (5-FU)on transplanted hepatocarcinoma m ice.And contrast powder with 5-Fluorouracil only used.Methods:The model of hepatocarcinoma 22 solid tumor-bearing mice was produced with Balb/c mice passage in intraperitoneal were randomly divided into 5 groups.Treated with HJYGJ(standing order and double)and HJYGJ(standing order)combined with 5-FU respectively.5-FU respectivel. use alone and NS.After giving drugs for 14 days,the mice be killed,take out tumor tissue,spleen and thymus,the inhibiting rate of tumor,the spleen index and thymus index were detectioned,the P27 protein EGFR protein andβ-catenin protein expression of tumor tissues were.Conclusion:HJYGJ can remarkably inhibit the growth rate of tumor,(standing order and double,they have not obvious difference)the maximal of which was 36.89%.Compared with the group treated with 5-FU,the inhibition rates of tumor was higher,which was 50.22% and immune functions such as the weights of immune organs,were improved,the P27 protein expression of tumor tissues was increased(combination groups was obvious increased).The EGFR protein expression of tumor tissues was leased(combination groups was obvious increased).inhibition of tumor gowe.Theβ-catenin protein expression of tumor tissues was increased in membrance and abnormal expression was leased(combination groups was obvious increased).It suggested that HJYGJ could inhibition of tumor grow.Results:HJYGJ whether used solely or combined with 5-FU has good effects on inhibiting tumor growth and enhancing chemotherapy efficacy for tumor-bearing mice.The P27 protein expression of tumor tissues was increased.The EGFR protein expression of tumor tissues was leased theβ-catenin protein expression of tumor tissues was increased in membrance and abnormal expression was leased.These observations give the experimental proof to the clinical application of HJYGJ.
