Research On The Effect Of Endostatin On Lewis Lung Carcinoma

Objective: Observing the growth and apoptosis of LLC and the expression of multidrug resistance-associated protein P170 on LLC induced in different concentration of Endostain to investigate the effect of Endostain on lewis lung carcinoma.Methods:Lewis lung carcinoma cell line LLC was used as a cell model in the experiment. Different concentration of Endostain was used to measure the inhibition of LLC. Apoptosis and multidrug resistance-associated protein P170 induced by different concentration of endostain were assayed by flow cytometry. Different concentration of Endostain was used to induce LLC and conduct the experiment of LLC growth-inhibited; Flow cytometry was used to assay the apoptosis;Flow cytometry was used to assay the expression of multidrug resistance-associated protein P170.Results:It was found Endostain to be able to induce the apoptosis of LLC, and the apoptosis degree was positively related to the concentration and exploring time of Endostain. Endostain did not induce the expression of multidrug resistance-associated protein P170 on LLC. Endostain could inhibit the growth of LLC, and its effective is positively related to the exploring time; Endostain could induce the apoptosis of LLC, and to some extence,the apoptosis degree was positively related to its concentration and exploring time; Different concentration of Endostain was used to measure LLC, but the expression of multidrug resistance-associated protein P170 was not found.Conclusion: Endostain could induce the apoptosis of LLC and inhibit its growth. Multidrug resistance-associated protein P170 could not be induced by Endostain in LLC. Endostain could induce the apoptosis of Tumour Cells, and to some extent, its degree is positively related to the concentration. Endostain could inhibit the growth of the Tumour Cells, and the effective obviously depends on the exploring time. The expression of multidrug resistance-associated protein P170 induced by Endostain was not found..
