Effects Of Yiqi Huoxue Huayu Method On The Expression Of Fas/Fasl In Rat Precancerous Lesions Of Hepatocellular Carcinoma

Objective:To study the effects of Yiqi Huoxue Huayu(YHH)on Liver pathology and liver protein Fas Fasl in precancerous lesions of Liver pathology and to explore the prevention and treatment methods of traditional Chinese medicine in hepatocellular carcinoma.Methods:160 Wistar rats were randomly divided into control group,model group and treatment group which was made up of the YHH(Yiqi Huoxue Huayu)Ⅰgroup and YHHⅡgroup.There were 40 rats each group.Using DEN(diethylnitrosamine)to lure cancer among model group YHHⅠgroup and YHHⅡgroup for 16 weeks.YHHⅠgroup YHHⅡgroup had been fed traditional Chinese medicine for 16 weeks.In the 4,8,12,16 week time point,nine rats from each group were killed to get liver for①study on cell morphological changes by light microscopy②study on Fas,Fasl through the ELISA test.Results:Compared with control group,at each time point,the Fas Fasl expression model of rat liver was significantly higher than the normal group (P＜0.01),liver disease significantly also.Compared with normal group,at different time points,the liver Fas Fasl expression of treatment group increased.At the 4 and 8 week time point,the trend of liver Fas Fasl expression and liver disease between model group and the two treatment groups was same,however,at the 12 and 16 week time point,compared with model group,Fas expression of treatment group has a slow decline and Fasl expression has a slow rise.liver disease significantly also.Significant difference resulted in the two treatment groups(p＜0.01);There was significant difference between YHHⅠgroup and YHHⅡgroup.(p＜0.05)Conclusion:Fas/Fasl were closely related to the occurrence of hepatocellular carcinoma.Yiqihuoxue Huayu law,through promoting the expression of Fas and inhibiting the expression of Fasl expression,slowed the formation of hepatocellular carcinoma.This may be one of the mechanisms by which Yiqihuoxue Huayu law effectively prevent and control hepatocellular carcinoma.
