| Objective To study the effects of Wu Gong Bai Du Decoction on mouse blood serum IL-2 levels.To investigate the mechanism of Wu Gong Bai Du Decoction in treating psoriasis initially and provide a theoretical basis for it in clinical treatment.Methods The fifty mice are divided into five groups:the low,the middle and the high dose Chinese medicine(Wu Gong Bai Du Decoction)group,the positive contrast group(Fu Fang Qing Dai Wan) and the negative contrast group(normal saline).The mice are all gavaged for 15 days before the extraction of blood from eyeballs. Determination of IL-2 in accordance with direction on ELISA box.Results Wu Gong Bai Du Decoction can reduce mouse blood serum IL-2 level,compared with normal saline group,a significant difference(P＜0.01.The effect of high dose group is superior to the low,the middle dose and the group of Fu Fang Qing Dai Wan by a significant difference(P＜0.05).Conclusion The mechanism of Wu Gong Bai Du Decoction in treating psoriasis is possibly concerned with its reduceing serum IL-2 standard. |
