The Clinical Curative Effect Observation Of Chinese Decoction Fugan Ⅱ On The Children With Asthma At Alleviation Stage (Lung Qi Deficiency)

Objectives:By Qi deficiency in children with asthma in remission conventional inhaled steroid treatment on the basis of Fugan-Ⅱ,flu treatment.Observed before and after treatment symptoms,signs,the number of upper respiratory tract infection and pulmonary function changes and efficacy compared with the control group,to explore more effective treatment for Prescription for clinical treatment of certain reference.Methods:According to the "National Pediatric asthma control group collaboration in 2003 amended conventional control asthma in children(Trial)" choose the criteria for the classification of children with asthma 60 cases,taking simple randomly divided into two groups of 30 cases,30 cases of the control group.Which treatment group M 19 cases,11 cases of women aged 5.3 to 13.5 years(mean 7.5±1.0 years);course of five months to 2.5 years(mean 11.0±3.0) months.Male control group of 20 cases,10 cases were female,aged 5.0 to 14 years(mean 7.0±1.2 years);course of six months to 3 years(mean 11.5±3.5) months.General information on the comparison group,there was no significant difference (P＞0.05).Both groups were in accordance with the "conventional control" to the treatment Seretide inhalation,and on this basis the treatment group and Fugan-Ⅱ(Self-side) in the treatment of the two groups are on a three course of treatment,observation and treatment after a continue to observe six months before and after treatment were observed in children with symptoms,signs,the number of upper respiratory tract infection and pulmonary function changes,clinical efficacy compared between the two groups.Results:1.Total clinical efficiency of 93.33%in treatment group,the control group,76.7%, the effect of the treatment group compared with the control group showed a significant difference(P＜0.05).2.Children mainly in reducing symptoms and signs regard the treatment group was significantly better than the control group.3.Reduce the frequency of respiratory tract infection treatment group than the control group,after treatment comparison group there was a significant difference(P＜0.01),compared before and after treatment,there was a significant difference(P＜0.01).4.Aspects in improving lung function were significantly better than the control treatment group,comparison group:the treatment group FVC,FEV1, PEF,V50,V75 various indicators of pulmonary function testing(P＜0.01),there was a significant difference between group:After treatment,FVC,FEV1,PEF three indicators(P＜0.01),there are very significant differences,V50,V75 two indicators(P＜0.05),there are significant differences.Conclusion:This study shows that instructors summed up the experience of the "rehabilitation Fugan-Ⅱ" with conventional hormone deficiency of Qi inhalation of asthma in children with a better efficacy,children can effectively reduce the main symptoms and signs, reducing respiratory infections number of children with improved lung function,it is worth clinical application.
