Clinical Study Of Yifei Fugan Decoction In The Treatment Of Children With Repeated Respiratory Tract Infections With Lung Deficiency And Evil Stagnation Syndrome

Objective:The purpose of this study was to evaluate the incidence of recurrent respiratory tract infections,TCM syndrome scores,laboratory indicators,etc.in the Chinese medicine treatment group and the Western medicine control group,in order to evaluate the treatment of children with Yifei Fugan decoction of recurrent respiratory tract infections due to lung deficiency and hidden pathogen syndrome.The clinical curative effect confirmed that the method of replenishing qi and solidifying the skin and clearing away heat can reduce the number of recurrent respiratory tract infections and improve the constitution of the children,thereby improving the quality of life of the children,providing new ideas and new methods for clinical treatment of this disease.Provide a strong basis for the development of new drugs in the futureMethods:132 children with recurrent respiratory tract infections with lung deficiency and hidden pathogen that met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,66 cases in each group.Among them,the treatment group were treated with Yifei Fugan decoction,and the control group were treated with pidomod granules for 2 months.Follow-up for half a year after treatment,observe the changes of the two groups of children before and after treatment,compare disease efficacy,score reduction rate of TCM syndrome,number of respiratory tract infections and related symptoms,changes in hemoglobin content and eosinophil count in the two groups,and follow-up resultResults:A total of 58 cases were completed in the treatment group,8 cases were dropped,a total of 53 cases were completed in the control group,13 cases were dropped,and a total of 111 cases were completed.Before treatment,there was no significant difference in gender,age composition,TCM syndrome score,hemoglobin content,and eosinophil count in the two groups of patients.Through this study,comparing the efficacy of the disease,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 87.9%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 66.0%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the comparison of the efficacy of TCM syndrome points,the effective rate of the treatment group after treatment 89.7%,the effective rate of the control group was 69.8%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the effective rate of TCM syndrome points in the treatment group during follow-up was 94.8%,and the effective rate of the control group was 86.8%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Children in both groups could improve facial Huang and shaohua,hyperhidrosis,fatigue,less food,nasal mucosa congestion or edema,sleep status,loose stools,etc.,which were better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The hemoglobin level of some children before treatment was relatively decreased,and the eosinophil count was relatively increased.At the end of treatment,the hemoglobin level in the two groups of children was higher than before treatment,and the eosinophil count was decreased;Compared with the control group,the hemoglobin increased in the treatment group,and the eosinophil count in the treatment group decreased significantly compared with the control groupConclusion:The results of this study confirm that Yifei Fugan decoction can not only reduce the number of incidences,but also improve the clinical manifestations of lung deficiency and hidden pathogen syndrome,such as facial Huang and shaohua,fatigue,low food intake,pharyngeal redness,hyperhidrosis,nasal mucosa congestion or edema,sleep symptoms and signs of restlessness,loose stools or dryness.At the same time,through testing laboratory indicators,it was found that Yifei Fugan decoction can improve the nutritional status of children and increase the content of hemoglobin,which may be the reason for the improvement of symptoms such as Huang and shaohua and fatigue.The eosinophil count considers that some children with repeated respiratory infections have allergies before treatment.After treatment,the eosinophil count is lower than before,and the body's sensitivity is improved compared with before.Yifei Fugan decoction has a definite curative effect on this disease,which can not only effectively reduce the incidence of respiratory tract infections,but also effectively improve the physique of children and improve the quality of life.It is safe and has no adverse reactions and worthy of further study.
