Draba nemorosa var. leiocarpa is Draba genus of Brassicaceae. In recent years, research shows that the major components isothiocyanates, glucosinolates hydrolysate, has a high degree of biological activity in Brassicaceae. Sulforaphane is the strongest material of the biological activity in isothiocyanates, which can prevent DNA-damage and cancer. So research is being in the rise to Brassicaceae. But no one has researched Draba nemorosa var. leiocarpa. The researches about Draba nemorosa var. leiocarpa in this thesis including three aspects:1. The resources research about Draba nemorosa var. leiocarpa: Resources investigation used the line investigation and the sample investigation. The results indicated it has broad distribution and three community types in Heilonjiang province. Draba nemorosa var. leiocarpa reserves are very rich in Heilonjiang province.2. The research about chemical composition: Detection of the chemical composition used a TLC test and the test-tube method. Qualitative distinction result: Draba nemorosa var. leiocarpa includes the glucosinolate, the amino acid;the multi-peptides;the protein;soap glucoside; sugar and glucoside; cardiac glycosides;alkaloid; steroid body; coumarin, lactone; volatile oil fat. Content determination of glucosinolate used sulfate precipitation and isothiocyanate determination used direct titration. Glucosinolate content was 1.81μmol/g, isothiocyanate content was 0.78%.3. The research about the extraction process of sulforaphane: methods of determining sulforaphane content in HPLC method: using Eclipse XDB-ⅡC18 column, a gradient elution with 100% acetonitrile and purified water. The detection wave was set at 254nm and the column temperature was kept at room temperature. Identifying the best extraction conditions of sulforaphane in its herb in Tris-HCl buffer are pH 5.5, 30℃and 30min by ultrasonic extraction. This study is about resources, chemical composition and the extraction process of sulforaphane of the resource-rich wild plant in Heilonjiang province. It provides a scientific basis for large-scale extraction and isolation sulforaphane from Draba nemorosa var. leiocarpa and should provide the reasonable scientific basis for the expanded medicine sources and development of anti-cancer products.
