Disperse Liver And Regulate Qi Technique And Move Spleen And Harmonize Stomach Technique On The Clinical Treatment Of Functional Dyspepsia (FD).

Objective Observe the clinical effect of dispersing liver and regulating qi technique and coursing spleen qi and harmonizing the stomach on the treatment of Functional Dyspepsia(FD).Method 140 clinical data of FD were collected and divided into two groups,the testing group and the controlled group.Each group contained 70.During 4 weeks of treatment period,each group was taken separately with a combination of Mosapride Citrate(枸橼酸莫沙比利) and Omeprazole Enteric-coated Capsules(奥美拉唑肠溶胶囊) as controlled group,and a custom Chinese herbal formula with functions of dispersing liver,course spleen and harmonize stomach as testing group.All subjects were carefully observed and recorded prior to and after the treatment period for any change in regard to clinical symptoms and TCM symptoms.Importance of the data would be determined by demonstrating a difference in the effect of using a combination of Mosapride Citrate(枸橼酸莫沙比利) and Omeprazole Enteric-coated Capsules(奥美拉唑肠溶胶囊),and a custom Chinese herbal formula in treating Functional Dyspepsia(FD).Result In this experiment the testing group showed a higher efficiency rate(81.4%) of treating FD in compared to the controlled group(75.7%).Both group showed a significant difference of statistical probability level of(P＜0.01) functional dyspepsia.The clinical data of FD were divided into 2 groups,PDS group and EPS group.After the treatment,in the PDS group,the efficiency rates of the treatment were:testing group,89%;controlled group,78%.In the EPS group,the efficiency rates of the treatment were:testing group,73.5%; controlled group,71%.There was a significant difference between the testing group and the controlled group in the PDS group(P＜0.01),while the treatment in the testing group was more efficient than that in the controlled group.Discussion The custom herbal formula of dispersing the liver,regulating the qi,course the spleen and harmonizing stomach has a significant effect on treating FD.
