Objective:To explore the clinical value of Soothe liver and Harmonize stomach method in the treatment of LPRD by observing the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of Laryngopharyngeal reflux disease(liver-stomach discomfort).Methods:This study was conducted in a randomized controlled clinical trial.Fifty two patients with LPRD(liver-stomach discomfort)who met the inclusion criteria were enrolled in the test group and the control group according to the random number table,each group of 26 cases.After treatment in the same way,the cases in the experimental group were treated with Soothe liver and Harmonize stomach Chinese herbal compound decoction.The control group was given Lansoprazole tablet.The course of treatment is 3 weeks.Subjects were fill VAS,RSI and SAS after treatment for 1 week,2 weeks after treatment,and after treatment.The investigators completed RFS by laryngoscopy before and after treatment.The changes of symptoms and signs were observed before and after treatment in both groups.The data obtained by the statistical processing.Finally,analyze the test results and discuss them.Result:After 1 week of treatment,there was no significant difference between the two groups(the experimental group and the control group were37.5% and 47.4%),but there was significant difference between the two groups in SAS score(P <0.05).After 2 weeks of treatment,there were no significant differences between the two groups in the efficacy(the experimental group and the control group were 58.3% and 68.4%)(P > 0.05).After treatment,there was no significant difference between the two groups(the experimental group and the control group were91.7% and 89.5%),but there was significant difference between the two groups in SAS score(P <0.05).Conclusion:1.Based on the theory of TCM syndrome differentiation Soothe liver and Harmonize stomach method for the treatment of LPRD(liver-stomach discomfort),the effect is exact and similar to that of PPI.2.Method of soothing the liver and stomach pharyngeal reflux disease patients with anxiety symptoms and Voice acoustic analysis of Frequency range has no obvious improvement.3.The treatment is safe and effective,with no apparent side effects,it applies to clinical trials.It can be used in clinical practice.
