On the basis of the methods of literature and expert interviews, the author tested trunk muscle flexion and extension muscles strength through the isometric contraction muscle strength measurement, researched effects of chronic low back pain (CLBP) on athletes'trunk muscles, and from the aspect of the relation of stability and balance of the spine, qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis were used to probe the extent of influence, in order to observe changes of CLBP patients'lumbar curvature and trunk muscle strength, and then provide a reference for CLBP prevention and rehabilitation.Results:1 Significant differences occur between male patients group and healthy group in the F / E ratio of trunk flexion and extension muscles, so do in both extension muscles total power and its relative power. In comparison, trunk muscle strength does not appear significance of difference between female patients group and healthy group.2 Marked differences exist in L3 / 4 segment of the spine by comparing male patients group with healthy group. Female patients group and healthy group do in L1 / 2 segment of the spine.3 There is no significant difference in spinal posture, spinal flexibility, spinal stability between injury group and healthy group. Significant correlation takes place in spinal posture and spinal flexibility.Conclusions:Chronic low back pain plays a more important role in male than female, CLBP produces greater influence in the F / E ratio of trunk flexion and extension muscles, extension muscles total work and its relative total work.There are no significant differences in MVC or MVC/BW.Most of lumbar curve means of injuries group are bigger than health group's means, besides L4/5 in male, L2/3 and L5/S1 in female.CLBP affects spine curvature significantly and the effects on spine section indicate female(Female:L1/2,Male:L3/4)is more obvious.CLBP impacts spinal posture,flexibility and stability indistinctively. Among the factors of lumbar spinal cord health, spinal posture and spinal flexibility has statistical significance correlation.
