Objective To investigate the changes of plasma D-dimer and won Wille-brand facter(vWf) with the patients of thromboangiitis obliterans (TAO) and itsclinical significance. Methods The topics to be used case-control study, based on history, sig-ns and determination of ankle-brachial ratio.Study population will be divided into case and control groups, respectively, taken from fasting venous blood antic-oagulant centrifugation, using solid-phase double-antibody sandwich enzyme-lin-ked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) method to detect D-dimer and vWf, Use ofT tests comparing cases and normal control group, the patient group itself, asthrombolytic therapy before and after thrombolytic therapy by the patient groupand normal control group after the venous blood in all indicators. Whether or not detect differences within the same patient group between the various indic-ators, whether a correlation analysis of TAO patients with risk factors for thro-mbosis happen.Resuits Plasma D-dimer and vWf obviously increased in TAO patients b-efore treatment, and increased with the decline of ankle-brachial ratio, the diff-erences were significant (P<0.05). The target decrease after the blood circulati-on, antifreeze, expands the blood vessel and the hormone treatment (P<0.05).Conclusion The expression level of D-dimer and vWf have relevance wi-th ankle-brachial ratio in TAO patients. There is endothelial cell injury in TAO patients, and it changes with the improvement of the condition. Further proved that TAO is an immune system disease, D-dimer and vWf expression is great significal in the disease.
