Objective:To investigate the correlative factors about leptin,troponin I(cTnI),serum creatinine (scr),blood urea nitrogen (BUN) and Intact parathyroid hormone (iPTH) in chronic renal failure(CRF) rats, for the aim to provide theory basis of early diagnosis and therapy to myocardial injury in CRF.MethodsFirstly, forty-eight rats were randomly divided into there group, including normal group(12), sham operation group(12) and operation group (24). We observed their weight,Scr BUN,and the renal pathological changes under the light microscope in eight weeks. After having established Model of CRF rats, model rats(16) were averagely divided into model group (8) and treatment group (8); At the same time, eight rats which were done by sham operation Constitute the control group. Treatment group were fed rocaltrol capsule by a stomach tube, and same amount of teal oil was administrated to the model group and control group. Among 45 days, we dected the three group, s body weight,Scr,BUN, leptin,iPTH and cTnI. Results:1. Model of CRF rats: After the operation of platt, the renal function(sCr and BUN) had been up to the standard of CRF rat model. Meanwhile, there was typical renal damage of operation group under the light microscope in eightly week.2. Study on the correlative factors about leptin and iPTH in CRF rats, myocardial injury:â‘ In scatterplot, there was linear tendency between sCr and leptin,BUN and leptin,sCr and PTH,BUN and iPTH,iPTH and cTnI,leptin and cTnI in the model group, analysis indicated: r (Scr,leptin)=0.948, p<0.01; r(BUN,leptin)=0.953, p<0.01;r (Scr,iPTH)=0.675, p<0.01; r (BUN,iPTH)=0.426, p<0.01;r(iPTH,cTnI)=0.691,p<0.01 ;r(leptin,cTnI)=0.797,p<0.01. so we could conclude that there was positive linear correlation between sCr and leptin,BUN and leptin,leptin and cTnI,sCr and iPTH,BUN andiPTH,iPTH and cTnI in the model group.â‘¡When it comes to the treatment group, in scatterplot, there was linear tendency between leptin and cTnI,iPTH and cTnI ,analysis indicated: r(leptin,cTnI)=0.653,p<0.01; r(iPTH,cTnI)=0.745,p<0.01.so we could conclude that there was positive linear correlation between iPTH and cTnI,leptin and cTnI in the treatment group.Meanwhlie. But in scatterplot, there was no linear tendency between sCr and leptin,BUN and leptin,sCr and PTH,BUN and iPTH, and all the value of P were more than 0.01.Conclusions:â‘ There was myocardial injury in the early stage of rats, CRF , and the injury was closely related to the increasing level of serum leptin and serum iPTH.â‘¡Rocaltrol could decrease serum leptin and iPTH of CRF rats, so that it may matigate the myocardical injury.â‘¢Early diagnosis and treatment of secondary hyperparathyroidism and hyperleptinemia can delay the progress of CRF.
