Study On The Relationship Between Micro Inflammatory State Serum CRP And Leptin,Traditional Chinese Medicine In Patients With Chronic Renal Failure

Objective: Through clinical and experimental research,observation,C-reactive protein(CRP)in patients with chronic renal failure(CRF)micro inflammatory factor C reactive protein(C-reacitive protein),changes in the levels of leptin(leptin(LP)and TCM syndrome distribution law,analyze the characteristics of etiology and pathogenesis,objective evaluation in patients with chronic renal failure microinflammatory state between cytokines and syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine both relevance and micro inflammatory state in patients with chronic renal failure(CRF),Chinese medicine treatment provides a scientific basis of theory and practice.Methods: Collect the First Affiliated Hospital,March 2015-2016 February Henan University of traditional Chinese medicine,Henan Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital,Zhengzhou city hospital and Zhengzhou Seventh People's Hospital Outpatient Department of internal medicine ward,kidney and blood purification center for treatment of chronic renal failure CKD2-5 patients,including 182 cases of patients with non dialysis and dialysis patients,are in line with Western diseases and TCM syndrome diagnostic criteria in all patients,8-10 h overnight fasting venous blood,serum on the same day by the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan TCM University of hemoglobin(Hb),hematocrit(Hct),urea nitrogen(BUN),serum creatinine(Scr),uricacid(UA),Cystatin C(Cysc),calcium(Ca),phosphorus(P),serum albumin(Alb),parathyroid hormone(iPTH).The other part of the serum is stored in the-70.Double antibody sandwich enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)was used to detect cytokine C-reactive protein(CRP)and leptin(Leptin)concentration.The questionnaire was used to collect the data of TCM Syndromes of chronic renal failure,and the correlation analysis between the serum CRP,LP and the main laboratory indexes and TCM syndromes was carried out.Results:(1)182 cases of chronic renal failure patients with micro inflammatory state up to 81(44.5%),of which non micro inflammatory status in dialysis patients accounted for 30(32.6%),accounting for 51(56.67%)of micro inflammatory status in dialysis patients;(2)Dialysis patients CRP,LP were higher than those in non dialysis patients(p< 0.05);(3)Chronic renal failure in patients with CRP was significantly correlated with LP(p<0.01),associated with Scr,Cysc and PTH were positively and negatively correlated with Hb,Hct,have statistical significance the difference(p<0.05);(4)The micro inflammatory state of patients TCM types found that: the deficiency of spleen and kidney qi deficiency accounted for 44.44%,significantly higher than other syndromes,sthenia:Blood Stasis accounted for 41.03%,significantly higher than other syndromes of dampness syndrome,elevated serum CRP.The rate is 4.125 times of the non wet muddy syndrome(p<0.05),and the syndrome of dampness turbidity is the independent related factor of CRP in the patients with chronic renal failure.Conclusion: 1.Chronic renal failure is closely related with the decrease of renal function,and the degree of micro inflammation in dialysis patients is high-er than that in non dialysis patients.2.The elevation of serum leptin is closely related to renal dysfunction and micro inflammation.3.The occurrence and development of inflammation may contribute to anemia,secondary hyperparathyroidism and other complications.4.In chronic renal failure(CRF)micro inflammatory state in patients with TCM syndrome when,the deficiency of distribution:deficiency of spleen and kidney,spleen and Kidney Qi Yin deficiency syndrome>syndrome of yin deficiency of liver and kidney>syndrome of Yang deficiency of spleen and kidney>deficiency of both yin and Yang;standard empirical distribution:Blood Stasis>wet muddy syndrome>damp heat syndrome>Fengdong syndrome>evidence of watervapor.
