Objective: Breast cancer is a common malignancy of women one of its recurrence and metastasis are affecting quality of life and survival time an important reason. Based on 40 cases of breast fibroma, as well as 80 cases of human breast invasive ductal cancer tumor tissue VEGF-C, VEGF-D and its receptor VEGFR-3 detection, to explore its impact on lymph node metastasis of breast cancer. Analysis of breast cancer organization lymphangiogenesis different factor expression and axillary lymph node metastasis the relationship between the exploration of new lymphatic vessels in the tumor lymphatic metastasis may be borne by the mechanism, clinical diagnosis may be whether there is lymph node metastasis of breast cancer provides new and effective methods. Methods: By immunohistochemical Envision two-step on the 80 cases of human breast invasive ductal breast cancer and 40 cases of fibroma of the paraffin sections were tested to observe the VEGF-C, VEGF-D and its receptor VEGFR-3 expression. Through optical microscopy analysis of immunohistochemical staining results. And then statistical analysis of the specimens with lymph node metastasis and lymph node metastases were found to express the existence of differences between samples. Results: 40 cases of breast tissue fibroma there have been no reports of VEGF-C, VEGF-D and its receptor VEGFR-3 expression. 80 cases of breast cancer with lymph node metastasis were 52 cases. There are 58 cases positive for VEGF-C expression, the positive rate was 72.5% (58/80); one positive lymph node metastasis rate was 80.8% (42/52), VEGF-C and lymph node metastasis is positively related to each other. 62 cases positive for VEGF-D expression, the positive rate was 77.5% (62/80); including lymph node positive rate of 78.8% (41/52), VEGF-D and breast cancer lymph node metastasis was positively related to each other. VEGF-C, VEGF-D and its receptor VEGFR-3 was significantly correlated. Conclusion: The breast cancer cells that exist in VEGF-C, VEGF-D, its expression is closely related with lymph node metastasis of breast cancer. Group with lymph node metastasis of breast cancer VEGF-C, VEGF-D and its receptor VEGFR-3 expression with lymph node metastasis the expression of a clear statistical difference, suggesting that VEGF-C, VEGF-D and its receptor VEGFR - 3 expression and lymph node metastasis of breast cancer are closely related. VEGF-C, VEGF-D may be the primary tumor cells and the surrounding lymphatic endothelial cells paracrine relationship between an important regulator of factors in the incidence of lymphatic metastasis may play an important role.
