Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of repetitive transcranial acupuncture in the foot motor sensory area for urinary retention after spinal cord injury,in order to enrich the treatment of this diseaseMethods:64 patients with urinary retention after spinal cord injury were randomly divided into treatment group, which used repetitive transcranial acupuncture in the foot motor sensory area by manipulating fast twist about 3 min, with the frequency of 200r/min or more, leaving the needle for 30 min, twisting the needle with the same method every 15 minutes, and combined with traditional acupuncture method. The control group used traditional acupuncture method.Acu-points were selected as Zhongji,Pangguangshu,Weiyang,Yinglingquan,Sanyinjiao. Both groups were treated once a day,6 days in a week, and paused for 1 day,4 weeks of treatment in totalBladder residual urine volume, clinical degree of urinary retention and urinary bladder function integral were used as the evaluation index to observe the treatment effect of the two groups. To observe and summarize the treatment effect of the two groups, and analyze the data statisticallyResults:1.Comparison of clinical degree of urinary retention between the two groups There were significant differences(p<0.05)in the treatment group and the control group before and after treatment; There were significant differences(p<0.05)between the treatment group and the control group before and after treatment2.Comparison of bladder residual urine volume between the two groups There were significant differences(p<0.05)in the treatment group and the control group before and after treatment; There were significant differences(p<0.05)between the treatment group and the control group before and after treatment3.Comparison of urinary bladder function integral between the two groups There were significant differences(p<0.05)in the treatment group and the control group before and after treatment; There were significant differences(p<0.05)between the treatment group and the control group before and after treatment4.Comparison of the total effective rate:On the basis of the traditional Chinese medicine efficacy evaluation standards:treatment group total effective rate was93.33%,control group total effective rate was 87.5%;On the basis of western medicine curative effect evaluation standard:treatment group total effective rate was93.33%,control group total effective rate was 87.5%Conclusions:1.Repetitive transcranial acupuncture in the foot motor sensory area combined with traditional acupuncture and traditional acupuncture can improve bladder residual urine volume, clinical degree of urinary retention and urinary bladder function integral2.Repetitive transcranial acupuncture in the foot motor sensory area combined with traditional acupuncture was better than the control group.
