Objective: To observe the effect of multi-channel delivery of ascites of liver cirrhosisafter hepatitis B (qi zhi shi zu) synergistic effect of conventional treatment of Westernmedicine, to evaluate its clinical curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine, multiple routes of administration on liver cirrhosis with ascites mechanism so as toprovide theoretical basis for its clinical application and the research and developmentof new drugs. Methods: The clinical research method of random, control.65patients met theinclusion criteria of ascites due to liver cirrhosis patients were randomly divided intotwo experimental groups, of which33cases of treatment group,32cases in thecontrol group, during the8weeks of treatment, the treatment group was given ShuangWei Ze Ling Granule orally based on routine therapy, one dose daily, divided twotimes to take, by Zhui Shui paste sticking Shenque point, once a day, each time thereservation8hours, the control group treated with routine western medicine therapy. To observe the changes of clinical symptoms, physical signs of the two groups ofpatients before and after treatment were detected before and after treatment, serumalanine aminotransferase (alanine, aminotransferase, ALT), aspartate aminotransferase(aspartate, aminotransferase, AST), serum total bilirubin (total bilirubin, TBIL),albumin (albumin, Alb), pre albumin (pre albumin, PA), prothrombin activity(prothrombin, activity, PTA), serum endotoxin (lipopolysaccharide, LPS), bloodammonia (blood ammonia, AMON) and liver ultrasound and to observe the adversereaction. Results:The overall efficacy: the treatment group of32cases (off1cases), effectivein22cases, effective8cases, invalid2cases, the total effective rate was94%; the control group of30cases (off2cases), effective in13cases, effective12cases,invalid5cases, the total effective rate was83%, statistically, there was significantdifference between two groups ((P<0.05), the treatment group than the control group.Comparison of therapeutic effect of syndrome: clinical and effective cure in thetreatment group were23cases and5cases respectively, significantly more than thecontrol group of14cases and7cases, the difference was significant between thesyndromes of two groups (P<0.05).â‘¢Comparison of curative effect: liver functionafter the end of treatment, two groups of patients with liver function was improvedafter the treatment, the treatment group is better than control group, with significantdifference ((P<0.05). Comparison of the efficacy of PTA: the two groups aftertreatment than before treatment, PTA increased, the curative effect of treatment groupwas better than that of the control group (P<0.05). The two group AMON, at the endof treatment the serum levels of LPS significantly decreased, the treatment groupdecreased obviously, there was significant difference between the two groups((P<0.05). The treatment group after treatment, patients with portal vein diameter andthickness of spleen were reduced, indicating that the treatment group has certaineffects in lowering portal hypertension. Conclusion: TCM multi-channel delivery can improve the liver cirrhosis ascites (qizhi shi zu) clinical symptoms and signs, improve the quality of life of patients; thetraditional Chinese medicine administration could improve liver function index (ALT,AST, TBIL, ALB, PA), prothrombin activity in patients with improved, withprotective effect of traditional Chinese medicine; the multi-channel delivery canreduce AMON and serum LPS levels, reduce infection, hepatic encephalopathy andother complications; the traditional multi-channel delivery can reduce the thickness ofspleen and portal vein diameter, was decreased portal hypertension; and many ways ofChinese medicine to medicine can number ascites ultrafiltration treatment patientswith severe cirrhotic ascites to reduce hepatitis B, shorten the time of hospitalization;the traditional Chinese medicine administration has a synergistic effect on livercirrhosis and ascites with conventional treatment of Western medicine, the clinicalobservation is safe and reliable, in order to optimize the ideal treatment program.
