The TCM Syndrome Research Of The Metabolic Syndrome And The Metabolic Syndrome Of Renal Damage

Objective: To compare the metabolic syndrome and metabolic syndrome symptoms of renal damage in an analysis of Chinese medicine, know the characteristics of its pathogenesis.Methods: This study applies a retrospective statistical approach upon 164 cases of metabolic syndromes and 48 cases of renal damage in patients with metabolic of our hospital.Further, this study adopts cluster analysis and frequency description to analyze the Chinese medicine symptom characteristics of metabolic syndromes and renal damage in metabolic syndromes.Results: Among the 164 cases under study, 86 are male while 78 were female, with the age ranging from 15 to 91. The patients have an average age of 63.17±14.49 and are mainly concentrated in the 50-80 age group. There are 150 patients with concurrent hypertension, 132 with concurrent hyperlipidemia, 123 with obesity, and 99 with high blood sugar. The pathogenesis of complex metabolic syndrome, the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine symptom-based standard is deficiency Ben and excessive Biao, one of Qi-deficiency and its pathogenesis are fundamental, deficiency Ben can be seen simultaneously, and even while yin and yang are false; excessive Biao is mainly sputum, dampness, heat, blood stasis. Renal damage in metabolic syndrome have the basically same characteristics with the metabolic syndrome symptoms.Conclusions: The metabolic syndrome and metabolic syndrome symptoms of renal damage in Chinese medicine are characterized by marked deficiency Ben and excessive Biao . The virtual to Qi-deficiency mainly a combination of deficiency, and even while there is yin and yang deficiency. Excessive Biao is mainly sputum, dampness, heat, blood stasis, and always runs through the disease. Qi Deficiency is the leading reason that gives rise to symptoms of phlegm, wetness, hematoma, and heat. The reason that renal damage in metabolic syndrome have the basically same characteristics with the metabolic syndrome symptoms is that the former occurs later under the former's influence.Metabolic syndrome symptoms of renal damage in the performance and metabolic syndrome symptoms consistent performance reasons because the former are probably secondary to the latter.
