ObjectiveTo explore the distribution characteristics of TCM syndrome elements and possible target sites of Metabolic Syndrome(MS),to explore the correlation between TCM syndrome characteristics and physical and chemical indicators of metabolic syndrome, and to provide ideas for clinical TCM syndrome diagnosis and treatment.MethodA total of 134 patients with MS who met the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria were included in the outpatient, inpatient and physical examination departments of Dongfang hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 with good compliance. The cross-sectional study was used to investigate the subjects and fill out the "Metabolic Syndrome TCM Syndrome Questionnaire".The clinical data of the collected TCM syndrome observation forms are classified, the data is verified, and a database is established.1 General data analysis General statistical analysis was carried out on the four diagnostic information of Chinese medicine using SPSS 22.0.2 Data mining method analysis using the combination of disease and syndrome as the entry point, using factor analysis method to obtain the syndrome of the syndrome of metabolic syndrome and the distribution of target position;combined with the diagnostic criteria of metabolic syndrome, using SPSS Modeler 18.0 for symptoms and physical and chemical indicators Bayesian network analysis was carried out to obtain the correlation between the physical and chemical indicators of metabolic syndrome and the characteristics of TCM syndromes.Results1 Results of general data analysisThe distribution of MS patients has the characteristics of more men than women. With the increase of age and the increase of course of disease, the number of MS patients increased, and the level of insulin resistance was aggravated in MS patients. With the increase of waist circumference and the increase of BMI,the number of MS patients increased, and the level of insulin resistance in MS patients was also increased.2 Using factor analysis to derive MS TCM syndrome elements and targetsAccording to the length of the disease course,MS patients were stratified and analyzed again. The syndrome elements of MS in different course of disease were different:the syndrome elements of MS with disease duration<5 years were qi stagnation, the disease was mainly in the spleen;the course of disease was 5-10 years. The syndrome elements of patients with MS are blood stasis, the disease is mainly in the liver and spleen, and the syndrome elements of MS in patients with>10 years of disease are qi deficiency, blood stasis, damp heat, and the disease is in the liver, spleen and kidney. There are rules from light to heavy, from the inside and the outside, from invisible to tangible, from the damage to the day after tomorrow to the loss of congenital changes. It can be speculated that if the course of disease is longer, there may be a development direction of qi deficiency? yang deficiency/yin deficiency?yin and yang.MS patients were stratified by age and analyzed again. The syndrome elements of MS in different course of disease were different:the syndrome elements of MS in young patients were damp heat and blood stasis, and the disease was mainly in the liver;the syndrome elements of MS in middle-aged patients For qi deficiency, yin deficiency, the disease is mainly in the spleen;the syndrome elements of MS in the early premature patients are yang deficiency and qi deficiency, and the disease is mainly in the kidney and spleen. There are rules of change from light to heavy, from real to virtual, from the loss of the day after tomorrow to the loss of congenital. It can be introduced,as the age increases, the virtual image of MS patients will be more obvious.3 The relationship between MS TCM syndromes and physical and chemical indexes was obtained by using Bayesian network methodObesity:Patients with MS whose BMI is not up to standard may be more common with damp-heat syndrome.Blood sugar:MS patients with fasting blood glucose is not up to standard, may be more common with spleen deficiency and dampness syndrome;if MS patients with 2 hours after meal, blood glucose is not up to standard as the main performance,it may be more common with qi deficiency and damp heat syndrome;MS patients with glycosylated hemoglobin do not meet the standard, may be more common with qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome;MS patients with more obvious insulin resistance may be more common with qi deficiency and blood stasis.Blood lipids:MS patients with triglycerides not up to standard may be more common with spleen deficiency and wetness, and may have a deficiency of heat syndrome;if MS patients with low-density lipoprotein is not up to standard,it may be wet and turbid It is more common to have both a heat syndrome and a high-density lipoprotein that does not meet the standard, and blood stasis syndrome may be more common.Other risk factors:MS patients with uric acid deficiency criteria may be more common with qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome;and if MS patients with homocysteine non-compliance as the main performance,it may be more common with kidney qi deficiency.Sometimes it can also have a thermal image.ConclusionQi deficiency, blood stasis and dampness throughout the MS.In the early stage, there may be signs of dampness and heat, and in the late stage,it is mainly virtual. The TCM syndrome of MS has a certain correlation with BMI,blood glucose, blood lipids, uric acid, homocysteine, etc.,and can provide a certain reference in the clinical treatment of asymptomatic MS patients.
