Object:Observe the anti-ulcer function of Dahuanghuanglianxiexin Decoction and Lizhong Bolus based on the clinical and pharmacological research. Observe the anti-ulcer function of the two formulae and study the mechanism by establishing pyluros ligation-induced gastric ulcer model.Method.Use pyluros ligation method to duplicate rat gastric model to observe the inhibition of the two formulae on ulcer index.Detect the content of GAS,NO and ET,the activity of SOD,the content of MDA and the content change of EGF and TGF.Result:1.Dahuanghuanglianxiexin Decoction can decrease the content of GAS of gastric ulcer rats.It can increase the activity of SOD and decrease the Content of MDA.It can increase the content of TGF.Compared to the control group,the differences are significant.2.Lizhong Bolus can decrease the content of GAS of gastric ulcer rats.It can increase the content of NO and decrease the content of ET greatly.Compared to the control group,the difference of NO/ET is significant(P<0.01).It can increase the activity of SOD and decrease the content of MDA.It can increase the content of TGF and increase the content of EGF.Compared to the control group,the differences are significant.Conclusion:1.The anti-ulcer mechanism of Dahuang huanglianxiexin Decoction probably is that it can improve the anti oxygy radical function and stimulate the secreting of TGF to releave the damage of stomache mucosa.2. The anti-ulcer mechanism of Lizhong Bolus probably is that it can improve the synthesis and release of NO,the anti oxygy radical function and the secreting of TGF to releaving the damage of stomache mucosa to protect the stomach mucosa.This study provides experimental evidence for the clinical use of Dahuanghuanglianxiexin Decoction and Lizhong Bolus.It also can be used as reference for developing new medicine.
