Clinical Research On Treatment Of Ⅰ Time Atherosclerosis Obliterans By Kangmai Soft Capsule

Atheriosclerosis obliterans(ASO) is a common peripheral vascular disease resulted from arteriosclerosis,which belongs to "gangrene","mortification" in traditional Chinese medicine.Kangmai soft capsule has the advantage of a dose of small,easy to swallow and long term taking for patients,It has favourable remedial effect in Atheriosclerosis obliterans and other peripheral vascular diseases.Objective To study the clinical effect and mechanism of Kangmai Soft Capsule in Treating ASO,comprehensive analyse and evaluate its clinical efficacy.Medthods Eighty subjects were randomly divided into 2 groups,the 40 patients in the control group were treated with Tongsimaipian the 40 patients in the treated group were treated with Kangmai soft Capsule.Changes of hemorrheology,ankle brachial index(ABI),centigrade of dorsum of foot and clinical sings and symptoms of 2 groups were observed.Results Kangmai Soft Capsule could effective improve Hemorheologyd,ankle brachial index(ABI),centigrade of dorsum of foot and clinical sings and symptoms,has significant difference as compared with control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion 1.Kangmai soft Capsule has good therapeutic effect on the patients of ASO,has significant difference as compared with control group (P＜0.05);2.Kangmai soft Capsule thought mitigating hemorrheology,could treat ASO effectively.
