Clinical Study On Arteriosclerosis Obliterans Treated By Kangmai Capsule

Arteriosclerosis obliterans is a common peripheral vascular disease resulted from arteriosclerosis,which belongs to"blood stasis","mortification"in traditional Chinese medicine.Kangmai capsule is gained in about 20 years' clinical observation by professor Lilinggen, the chairman of therapeutic center of peripheral vascular diseases in the first affiliated hospital of Heilongjiang university of TCM. Kangmai capsule has favourable remedial effect in Arteriosclerosis obliterans and other peripheral vascular diseases.The research selected 56-82 years old patients in accord with the ASO diagnostic standard as the samples dopting integrated Kangmai capsule to therapy ASO so as to study the integrated Chinese and Western Medicine treatment mechanism in treating ASO,analyse and appraise its clinical curative effect synthetically.Method:We selected 60 patients treated by Kangmai capsule.And we observed the changes before and after the treatment with the patients' symptom,physical sign,blood-fat,ET,TXB₂,NO,6—T—PGF_1αin blood,ect.Results showed integrated Kangmai capsule could obviously lower patients' blood-fat,ET,TXB₂,and raise NO,6—T—PGF_1α in blood.Conclusion:After treating by integrated Kangmai capsule, interrelated norms to ASO obviously promote.So we can draw a conclusion:This treatment mothod can be put into practice and its apply should be extended.
