Objective:The study analyzed the aerobic exercise–induced changes of plasma and weight-bearing index in obese postmenopausal women with dietary control, discussed the effect and proper mechanism of aerobic exercise induced changes of leptin-resistance in obese postmenopausal women.Method:Divided 44 obese postmenopausal women into 4 group Stochastically: control group (C, n=10), diet group (D, n=10), exercise group (E, n=11) and diet & exercise group (DE, n=11). Enforce 16 weeks exercise prescription and dietary control on subjects. Harvested fasting plasma glucose (FPG), plasma lipids, fasting insulin (FIns), plasma leptin (lep), plasma neusopeptide Y (NPY) and plasma suppressor of cytokine signaling (SOCS) 3 at baseline and the end of the intervention.Results:1. Weight-bearing index. Compared with baseline: at the end of intervention E group's BMI decreased significantly (P<0.05), DE group's BMI, WHR decreased significantly (P<0.01);Between groups: after intervention D, E, DE groups'BMI decreased significantly (P<0.01), especially group DE, compared with C. E, DE groups'WHR decreased significantly compared with C, D (P<0.05).2. FPG and plasma lipids. Compared with baseline: at the end of intervention D group's plasma CHOL value decreased significantly (P<0.05), E group's LDL-c·HDL-c-1 decreased significantly (P<0.05), DE group's plasma FPG, TG, CHOL value decreased significantly (P<0.05), LDL-c·HDL-c-1 decreased significantly (P<0.01);Between groups: after intervention D, E, DE groups'plasma TG, CHOL value decreased significantly compared with C (P<0.05). E, DE groups'LDL-c·HDL-c-1 decreased significantly compared with C, D (P<0.05).3. lep and other plasma index. Compared with baseline: at the end of intervention, C group's plasma lep value increased significantly (P<0.05). D group's plasma FIns value decreased significantly (P<0.05). E group's plasma lep, SOCS-3 value decreased significantly at the 0.05/0.01 level. DE group's plasma lep, SOCS-3, NPY value decreased significantly at the 0.01/0.05 level;Between groups: after intervention, DE group's plasma FIns value decreased significantly compared with C, D at the 0.01/0.05 level. E group's plasma FIns value decreased significantly compared with C (P<0.05). DE group's HOMAIR, and plasma lep, NPY value decreased significantly compared with C (P<0.05). E, DE groups'plasma SOCS-3 value decreased significantly compared with C at the 0.05/0.01 level.Conclution:1.With high plasma leptin concentration, subjects'leptin NPY, SOCS3 value higher than normal. And plasma leptin value is direct correlation with the concentration of NPY and SOCS3, elucidated that conveying of lep at the blood-brain barrier and the signal transduction pathway of post lep-receptor have disturbance, and exist center and periphery lep-resistance.2. With 16 weeks intervention of exercise and diet, E, DE groups'body weight, BMI, WHR decreased, LDL-c·HDL-c-1 significant decreased, plasma HDL-c increased significantly, demonstrated aerobic exercise and dietary control can anesis obesity and improve metabolic disorder of lipid.3.With 16 weeks intervention of exercise and diet, E, DE groups'plasma leptin, NPY, SOCS3 value and HOMAIR decreased, demonstrated aerobic exercise and dietary control conduce to leptin center conveying and the signals transduction of leptin receptor, to relieve leptin-resist and insulin resistance.
