Observation Of To Investigate The Influence Of Electroacupuncturing At Zusanli Acupoin On Gastrointestinal Function After Abdominal And Hormone Levels

Purpose:To observe the influences on the patients' gastrointestinal function recovery, which is the type of endoretention of damp heat or qi-stagnancy and blood stasis and the lever of MTL and GAS with bilateral electroacupuncture on Zusanli acupoint based on conservative treatment in western medicine.Therefore,to discuss the effect and mechanism of electro acupuncture on Zusanli acupoint in the course of gastrointestinal function recovery after abdominal operation.Methods:According to the sequence of the completion of surgery,divided the patients involved in the trial into the treatment group and control group with the random number table.The control group was given routine treatment(gastrointestinal decompression,anti-infection,water-electrolyte balance adjustment and refuel).The treatment group was given bilateral electroacupuncture on Zusanli acupoint q8h based on the control group 12 hours after surgery,with an intensity up to the tolerance level of each patient was given and electroacupuncture with rarefaction wave was retained in the body for 30 min. until the passage of gas by anus.And then recorded the time of borborygmus recovery and the passage of gas by anus and drew 2ml blood of peripheral vein. At last determined the numerical value(pg/ml) of MTL and GAS 2h before and 24h,48h,72h after the surgery with radio immunoassay.Results:1.the time of borborygmus recovery and the first passage of gas by anus in the treatment group were obviously earlier than that in the control group. Significant differences were found between the two groups with statistic analysis.(p＜0.01).2.the level of MTL and GAS in the treatment group 24h after surgery was obviously higher than that in the control group.Significant differences were found before the two groups with statistic analysis.(p＜0.01). 3.Not much differences were found in the level of MTL and GAS after surgery compared with that before surgery between the two groups.There is no statistical significance.Conclusions:1.It is demonstrated that bilateral electroacupuncture on Zusanli acupoint enhances the recovery of gastrointestinal function and increases the secretion of MTL and GAS.2.It is one of the mechanisms which bilateral electroacupuncture on Zusanli acupoint enhancecs the recovery of gastrointestinal function is the changes of the level of MTL and GAS after surgery.3.Bilateral electroacupuncture on Zusanli acupoint based on routine treatment enhances the recovery of gastrointestinal function and improves clinical effects.It is recommended to spread to clinical application.
