1 PurposeHSP(heat shock proteins)is also titled as"stimulated proteins".HSP is seen as one of the most conserved protein, which is generated when pathologic, physiological facts injured cells in the context of heating,HSP is aroused and coded into a certain protein.Since this protein has close connection with the basic function of cells,HSP is also called as molecular chaperone. The studies indicated that the demonstration of HSP that was generated from heat, cold, hypoxia, ischemia and energy spoilage is very durative. It can offer certain protective effects on the next stimulation, thereby enhancing the adaptation ability. The intensive training also can induce the gathering of HSP.The exercise-induced HSP70 was found to increase obviously in the setting of blood, liver, heart, and skeletal muscle. The existed studies mostly paid special attention on the research in relation to skeletal muscle and heart muscle, the studies relating to the liver is rarely seen. The high-loaded exercises can result in the decrease of anti-oxidative function and the injury of liver.HSP as the protective albumen of the cell endogenesis has been draw on because of its protective effects on the liver injury. It was found that HSP not only can have protective effects on the ischemia of liver cells, but also reduced the generation of the oxygen free radicals and facilitated scavenging oxygen free radicals. It has been recognized that in the high-temperature status, liver and other organ would like to generate a set of HSP.When a cell obtained certain stimulation, the HSP of cells will congregate and obtain a short-time counteracting to the oxygen free radicals.According the recent studies, the most of articles draw on that the preheating can promote the bodily aroused stamina. However the studies in relation to the effects of preheating on the HSP of liver cells and anti-oxidative function were rarely seen. This study aims to explore the effects of preheating on the HSP of liver cells and anti-oxidative function.2 Methods72 Wistar rats were adopted as research subjects in this study, divided 9 groups:①The control group at the quiet status(C);②The instant group after the preheating treatment(HC0);③The 24 h recovery group after the preheating treatment(HC1);④The 24 h instant group after high-loaded centrifugal exercises(HE1);⑤The 24 h recovery group after the preheating, and the 24 h instant group after high-loaded centrifugal exercises(HE2);⑥The 24 h recovery group after the preheating, and the 48 h instant group after high-loaded centrifugal exercises(HE3);⑦The instant group after normal temperature centrifugal exercises(E1);⑧The 24 h group after normal temperature centrifugal exercises(E2);⑨The 48 h group after normal temperature centrifugal exercises(E3)Based on the animal models of Currie and Diana A.Lepore, this study established the animal model of non-anesthesia of the preheating.According to the animal model of Armstrong and Tianye, this study adopted a interval step-running centrifugal exercise model. All rats were killed and excised livers immediately. The expressive volume of HSP70 was measured used method of Western blotting. The activities of MDA,SOD,GSH and GPT were measured by using these assay kits.3 ResultsThis study conducted a profound and extensive comparative analysis on the differences of demonstration of liver HSP before and after the eccentric exercises among the preheating group and normal-temperature group. The results show that the level of the liver HSP of HE3 group is apparently superior to the E3 group in 48 h after high-loaded centrifugal exercises. This study observed and made a comparative analysis on MDA,SOD and the activity of GSH among the control group and normal-temperature group after high-loaded centrifugal exercises. The activity of GPT of the liver after high-loaded centrifugal exercises between two groups was also examined. It was found that the preheating had certain protective effects on the liver, which resulted in the improvement of the anti-oxidative function.
