Clinical Research On The Injection Uses Safflower Yellow/The Safflower Pigment Inoculation Fluid Treats Coronary Disease Angina Pectoris (Type Of Heart Blood Stasis)

Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of safflor yellow for treating stable angina pectoris with blood stasis in heart syndrome of TCM through investigating clinical syndrome ECG liver and kidney function ect.Methods:the 77 stable angina pectoris patients were randomized into two treatment groups,group 1(33) and group 2 (33)and control group(11)according to randomized digital form.there is no significant diffenence between two groups in sex,age,property of work,stature,weight of body,body temperature,blood pressure heart rate,etc(P＞0.05)to investigate clinical syndrome ECG liver and kidney function ect.Results:77 patient were enrolled in the treat ment group and allof them finishied the trial;After treatment scores of angina pectoris attack frequency chest pain degree lasting time the dose of glonoine being taken show significant decrease compared with that before treatment in the three groups(p＜0.05).score of chest pain degree and lasting time in the treatment group(1 or 2) is lower than that in the control group(p＜0.05).common ECG shows that the sum of ST depression(∑ST)at all leads in the treatment group(1 or 2) obviously decreases(p＜0.05)but no significant diffenrence between the treatment group and the control group. Safety items of the both grouo show no obvious difference before and after treatment.there are no significant adverse effects in both groups during the treatment.Conclusion:for the patient who is diagnosed stable angina pectoris and with blood stasis in hear syndrome.SY can obviously improve the ischemic appearance of myocardiym in ECG,increase the maximum index of oxygen consumption of cardiac muscle;obviously decrease angina pectoris attack frequency alleviate chestpain-degree,shorten angina pectoris lasting time;relieve chest stuff and palpitation and decrease the dose of glonoine being taken.there are no significant adverse effects after taking the drugs.the result shows that SY is safe and effective for stable angina pectoris with syndrome of blood stasis in heart syndrome.
