The Effect Of Yu's Scalp Acupuncture On The Risk Factor For Stroke HHCY In Serum

Objective: Base on the theory of preventive treatment of disease in Chinese medicine and the preventive strategy of CVD in western medicine, the subject observes the effect of Yu's scalp acupuncture on the risk factor for stroke Hcy in serum. Explore the value of prevention stroke with the method of Yu's scalp acupuncture .Method: The 38 cases come from the Harbin First Social Welfare Home and Shaman community. The objects are divided into two groups:20 cases in the scalp acupuncture group and 18 cases in the control group. 20 cases are treated by scalp acupuncture and diet guide, and prick Ding Qu and Dingqian Qu with filiform needles. Retain the needles for 6-8 hours and twist the needles discontinuity. To treat once everyday and treat for one month continuously. 18 cases in the control group are treated by diet guide not prick. Assay the Hcy levels of all objects before treatment, after treatment and after stopping treatment for one month. Follow up the incidence rate of the two groups in sixth month after stopping treatment. Finally, to statistic and analyze the data.Result:1. Contrast the levels of Hcy in serum between two groups: the levels of Hcy have no difference between two groups before treatment (P>0.05); the levels of Hcy are reduced both more obviously after treatment and after one month of stopping treatment than pre-treatment in the scalp acupuncture group. They have obvious difference analyzed by statistics( P<0.01);and the levels of Hcy have no obvious difference after treatment and after one month of stopping treatment in the scalp acupuncture group(P>0.05); the levels of Hcy after treatment and after one month of stopping treatment have no obvious difference than pre-treatment in the control group(P>0.05).2. Contrast the incidence rate of stroke between two groups in sixth month after stopping treatment. The incidence rate of stroke between two groups has no obvious difference analyzed by statistics (P>0.05).Conclusion:1. To some extent, Yu's scalp acupuncture can regulate the levels of Hcy in serum.2. After stopping treatment, the effect of regulating Hcy in serum with the method of Yu's scalp acupuncture can maintain for a time.3. Yu's scalp acupuncture has a tendency to prevent stroke.
